
Pilates with a disc herniation C7-T1?
Does anyone know if there is a good idea, safe, doing Pilates with a herniated disc, and what exercises should be avoided?
Check with a physician. Pilates exercises are great for attitude, but you spend too much time on their backs. I would definitely stay away from the tracks, where you said to curl into a ball and roll along your entire vertebrate (except of course its ok doc).
